Location: San Francisco, CA
Work Schedule: Tuesday through Thursday, 16-20 hours per week (Part-time, Contract/Temporary)
Compensation: $27.03 - $29.73 per hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator to enhance our office environment and support daily operational needs. This role is vital in creating a welcoming, efficient, and organized workplace, ensuring smooth space management, inventory oversight, and employee experience activities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory by purchasing and stocking supplies, snacks, and beverages to ensure availability and freshness.
  • Organize and maintain office essentials, including shelves, bins, benches, and supplies, promoting cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Keep the office, kitchen, and lobby areas tidy and inviting for employees and visitors alike.
  • Assist with office layout planning and space optimization, including decorating and aesthetic improvements to foster a positive workspace.
  • Coordinate with building management and contractors to handle deliveries, access, and maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve technical issues and support office technology.
  • Receive, ship, and efficiently manage packages and deliveries.
  • Set up workstations for new hires, including cable management, monitor setup, and onboarding logistics.
  • Support visitor reception activities, greeting guests and managing the Envoy guest registration system.
  • Assist in employee experience initiatives such as planning catered meals, organizing team events, and capturing photos for marketing or team purposes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office organization, Microsoft 365, Slack, and inventory management systems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and resourceful in managing facility and logistical needs.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in a dynamic office environment or technology company.
  • Knowledge of facilities management and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting event planning and employee engagement activities.
