System Integrator (SI) Partner Manager

Work Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, any US time zone (Remote)
Compensation: $69.44/hr
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic System Integrator (SI) Partner Manager to lead and expand our relationships with Global System Integrator (GSI) partners. This role involves building high-level executive sponsorship, driving joint go-to-market strategies, and fostering scalable ecosystems that accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of GSI partnerships, proven success in managing high-growth alliances, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative industry solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic alignment with GSI partners by building C-suite sponsorship and deepening mindshare across their Data & AI, industry, and sales practices.
- Develop and execute partner-specific go-to-market plans, co-develop pipelines, and promote consumption growth across targeted enterprise accounts.
- Expand ecosystem capabilities through partner certifications, joint IP development, and industry-specific offerings to ensure long-term delivery readiness and adoption.
- Accelerate market expansion by fostering partner-led adoption of emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, Genie, Lakehouse, and custom solutions.
- Orchestrate joint investments by aligning stakeholders, securing partner funding, and translating high-level strategies into actionable, measurable field execution.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with global GSI stakeholders, including practice leads and executive sponsors, to influence strategy and secure ongoing investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, solution architects, marketing, and enablement to support partnership growth and technical enablement.
- Drive practice and asset development efforts, including partner enablement programs, certification roadmaps, and commercialization of joint assets.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven success managing strategic, high-growth GSI partnerships with demonstrated ability to generate joint co-sell revenue and build sizable services pipelines.
- Deep understanding of GSI organizational models, offshore delivery, partner P&Ls, and global go-to-market strategy scaling.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software sales, consumption-based business models, and joint account planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in partner enablement, certification programs, and joint solution commercialization.
- Excellent executive presence and relationship-building skills, with a track record of influencing senior leadership.
- Self-starter with a bias for action, able to navigate ambiguity, prioritize high-impact activities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Extensive network and familiarity within the GSI and ecosystem landscape, especially in Data & AI practice areas.
- Experience working with global teams and developing scalable partner engagement strategies across different regions.
- Strong technical background in industry-specific solutions and emerging technologies such as AI, Lakehouse architectures, and industry vertical offerings.
- Ability to develop and deliver technical and business assets that drive partner engagement and revenue.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on ROI and measurable outcomes.
