Full Cycle Recruiter (Technical)

Location: United States Remote
Work Schedule: 9am-5pm (local time zone)
Compensation: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter (Technical) to join our team on a 3-6 month contract with the flexibility of a fully remote work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for high-volume and specialized technical roles across various disciplines, including Project Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management. Your proven success in sourcing and hiring for diverse technical positions, combined with your ability to leverage modern recruitment tools and software, will be crucial to your success. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and specialized roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track candidates and streamline the recruitment process.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong candidate fit.
• Leverage tools such as Google Suite, Asana, and other project management software to coordinate hiring activities effectively.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and timely updates.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Assist in promoting diversity and inclusion within sourcing and hiring practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical roles, including project management, engineering, data science, and product management.
• Hands-on experience working with Greenhouse ATS.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Asana, and other project management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of sourcing diverse candidate pools and implementing inclusive hiring strategies.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Agency recruiting experience or experience handling high-volume hiring.
• Experience with diversity recruiting initiatives.
• Familiarity with additional ATS or recruitment software.
• Prior experience working remotely and managing distributed teams.
