Work Schedule: Standard 40 M-F
Compensation: $28/hr
Product Support Specialist
We're looking for a technical support expert experienced in working with Tier 1 and enterprise-level customers with an ability to understand and help with their unique needs.
What you’ll do

Serving as the first point of contact for our customers for support requests via email

Providing exceptional customer support for new and experienced users

Solving Tier 1 and potentially enterprise customer queries ranging from account management to technical product support

Escalating customer issues with the appropriate team for investigation
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

2+ years of supporting B2B SaaS customers

Demonstrated empathetic problem-solving by going above and beyond to help people

Excellent communication skills. You can translate complex concepts into concise explanations and summarize customer issues to technical and non-technical audiences

A bias for action to drive for results – if you see something that can be done differently, you say something, and you advocate on behalf of customers
